Pond Farm can be rented as a private residence. Offering
stunning views, understated elegance and Vermont charm,
Beaver Pond Farm will be your rental home away from home.
The house is conveniently located only 5 minutes from Sugarbush
ski resort, 7 miles from Mad River Glen and adjacent to
the cross country ski and snowshoe trails at the Sugarbush
Golf Course.
Beaver Pond Farm is a four bedroom/four bathroom Vermont
farm house, sleeping up to 10 people. When you rent the
bed and breakfast as a vacation house, you have private
access to the eat-in kitchen with professional Garland range,
living room with wood burning fireplace, formal dining room,
expansive deck and fresh air hot tub. Take

The owners are on premise in the adjoining barn to handle
all snow removal, vacation house maintenance and landscaping.
The same fine linens, fluffy towels and spa robes standard
in our bed and breakfast are provided for your enjoyment
during the vacation rental. Please note that there is no
food service, housekeeping or linen changing service provided
with the Inn rental.

Deposits
We require 50% of the total reservation due by credit card
at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is
due 30 days prior to arrival by cashier's check, money order,
VISA, Master Card or American Express.
Cancellations
Up to 30 days prior to the reservation, deposits may be refunded,
less a $100 processing fee and 10% commission, only if we
are able to rebook the vacation house for the same time period.
Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the entire amount of
the reservation. Same-day cancellations, early departures
and no-shows are responsible for the entire amount of the
stay.
Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm on the day of arrival. Please
call if you will be arriving outside of these hours. Check-out
is promptly at 11 am or by prior arrangement.
Security Deposit
A mandatory $500 security deposit is collected with the house
rental fees, requiring guests to return the home to its check-in
condition. Floors should be broom clean and tables wiped.
Security deposits are 100% refundable in cases of cancellation.
Children
We gladly accept limited numbers of well-behaved children
for house rentals. We do require that children keep an eye
on their parents at all times.
Pets
We are unable to accept pets at Beaver Pond Farm. Please ask
us for a kennel referral.
No Smoking
For the comfort of all future guests, there is no smoking
in the rental house. A substantial fee will be deducted from
the security deposit if the vacation home is in need of cleaning
due to smoking.
